Illusions of Colour Dance and Drama show 3rd May 2008 Encee Academy - Illusions of Colours- project to celebrate the festival Holi took place on the 3rd May 2008 at Induben Ratilal Auditorium. The project enabled young people to take part in dance drama and poetry. In all 85 students took part, some performed on stage for the first time in front of a packed audience. Guests Mayor Harshadbhai B Patel were welcomed with a mark of colour. The priduction was sponsered by ICICI Bank - Wembley, Brent Council and coverage by Rayat TV.

Gujarat Day Celebrations - 1st May 2008 On the 1st May Encee Academy of Performing Arts performed at the National Congress of Gujarati Organisations (NCGO) who celebrated the 48th Gujarat Day at Kadwa Patidar Centre in Harrow. Encee Academy students started off the event with a Kathak performance which was followed by a beautiful Bhratnatyam piece. The event also honoured several members of Gujarati Community, included Shri Kantibhai B. Patel, immediate past president of Federation of Patidar Associations and inaurgural President and founder of NCGO.

Encee Academy Student performs at Mayor Gala Event Mayor Cllr. Harshadbhai B Patel hosted a fantastic Gala dinner in aid of his charity: St. Lukes Hospital on the 18th April 2008.
Encee Academy Bollywood students performed two fantastic dance pieces. They were applaused by 400 guests on the evening. Other acts included Irish Dancing and African Dancing. |

Encee Academy lights up Olympic Torch Relay Encee Academy of performing arts showcased a Kathak performance at the start of the Olympic Torch Relay at Wembley Stadium, on a cold and snowy Sunday morning on 6th April 2008. The performers brought a touch of colour and elegance to the event, which was covered by international media. The performers pink costumes complimented the ‘Sea of Red’ theme at Wembley Stadium.
This is not the first that Encee Academy has been part of a high profile event, they also showcased a performance the mark the opening of the new Wembley Stadium last.
Encee Academy, based Patidar House in Wembley is planning a host of events with the Cultural Olympiad leading to 2012 Olympics.
The brave participants on Sunday were Hima Patel, Jesal Patel, Payal Patel, Seema Patel and Trishna Kumari Champaneri.

Comedy Programme Comedy Programme by Dinker Mehta A world renowned Gujarati comedian from Ahmedabad was organised by Encee Academy of Performing Arts on Saturday 16th February 2008, at 8.00pm at Induben Ratilal Auditorium, Patidar House, Wembley. President Dinesh Patel welcomed 130 people seated in the Auditorium and guest speker Diner Mehta. Also thanked Dinker Mehta and people who are attending the evening with very short notice. People enjoyed throught the programme. |

2007 - Diwali Festival Celebration Programme On Sunday 18th November 2007, Encee Academy of performing arts celebrated Diwali with a show of dances. In all there were 12 dances - Gujarati & Rajasthani Folk and Bollywood performed by 74 participants to a packed audience. The youngest participant being 8 year old and the audience were for a treat as our resident teacher of Folk and Bollywood, Binal Trivedy performed with mothers of our students. In the audience we had elected members from Brent & Harrow, people from the arts circle, parents and arts lovers. The event was funded by London Borough of Brent and supported Bank of Baroda. This also enabled us to work in partnership with Kalaniketan and Lohana Community Gujarati School and giving an opportunity to young people to perform and take part.

2007 - Diwali Celebration for Senior Citizen People A Programme for Diwali Celebration Lunch organised
by our Senior Citizen Club on Wednesday 7th November 2007 at 11.30am. 32 Senior citizen were present and enjoyed the special Diwali dinner.
This event was handled by staff Ms Bharati Anand.

Janmashtami Festival 2007 Musical basis Dance Drama on Lord Krishna
a Production of Encee Academy of Performing Arts Performance held on Sunday 7th October 2007 at 6.00pm
at Induben Ratilal Auditorium Patidar House, Wembley.
84 girls and boys (age group 4 to 18 years) participated in it.
Script was written by Seema Anand and choreograph by performing arts teachers ( Gauri Sharma, Usha Raghvan and Binal Trivedi) of Encee Academy.
Light and Sound handle by Suren Patel.
Programme was compared by Payal Patel and organised by Shivani Sethia and assisted by Kamini Patel.
Secretary Jagdish P.Patel welcomed the audience and participants. He congratulated participants and their parents for giving their time. Also he thanked Awards For All for funding and audience as well.
