ABi Vijay Amin, will be taking Encee Academy and FPA Youth Club members to Mahogany Carnival shop in Harlesden. This trip will demonstrate how local creative businesses operate. It will be a chance for the participants to understand carnival art, look at samples of costume designs, + view this year-s Notting Hill Carnival costumes.
